Georgie Doran was born in Andover, Hampshire, England. When her parents told her that the family was moving to Florida to pursue “The American Dream“, she was less than excited. Georgie decided that going to a new high school and having “an accent and being different” was not going to be fun. Well, it turned out that she was wrong. Having an accent and being different definitely made her well liked. Georgie has always had a strong entrepreneurial spirit. She attended Valencia Community College and the University of Central Florida majoring in Accounting. In 1998, Georgie moved to Clermont. “I love Lake County; I love the lakes, the rolling hills and just the feeling about this county”. Georgie worked in the accounting field before she obtained her Mortgage License and worked hard as a Mortgage Broker. Georgie’s true love has always been real estate and she became a Realtor in 2002. Georgie Doran has earned “The Multi-Million Dollar Agent Award” every year that she has been a realtor. Georgie thinks that experience of standing out in her early years has helped her in the Real Estate industry. “I love my job, meeting and helping people are definitely my passion” Georgie enjoys helping clients upgrade their wealth and security, gardening, boating and her family.

Judy moved to Orlando from Akron, Ohio with her family when she was six. She relocated to the hills of Clermont 22-years ago to raise her son and daughter. Her marriage to a second generation Orlandoan and being a life-long resident of Central Florida gives her a vast knowledge of the area to share with others. She worked for a daily newspaper starting as a clerk and working her way up through the ranks to a research editor. Judy understands success comes from hard work and dedication and she brings that philosophy to the real estate industry.
Judy has volunteered for numerous organizations and schools and is a current volunteer of Cooper Memorial Library. She is an avid reader but also loves the out of doors, vegetable gardening, boating and fishing.

Cheri has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2001. Cheri got into real estate because she was seeking a challenging position where there is room for growth and with great rewarding experiences, there is no greater feeling then knowing you just helped someone find the home of their dreams.
Cheri has lived in Florida for 25 years and loves the warm weather. Cheri grew up in Hood River, Oregon, where the weather is cold and damp. The view was wonderful but the weather is a bit chilly for me. Cheri currently resides in Groveland, Florida and cannot say enough good things about living in Central Florida area. There is always something to do; fishing, boating on the wonderful chain of lakes, theme parks, dinners, shows, and much more.

Ron was born and raised in Queens, New York. He was drafted into the Army for two years. After being honorably discharged he returned to his job as lineman for New York Telephone Company. A few years later, Ron married his wife Loretta and switched careers to become a Sheet Metal Worker in the construction industry. He and his wife raised their two children at a waterfront home on Jamaica Bay. There the family enjoyed crabbing, swimming, fishing and cruising the waters and harbor of New York on our 31′ Cabin Cruiser. After retiring we moved to Clermont to be closer to our son and grandson, our daughter joined us later. They enjoy the sunny Florida sunshine and warm weather. Ron looks forward to working with you and showing you this great area that he calls home.
Raven Gabbard

Raven Gabbard was born and raised in a small town in Indiana. He married into a construction and attended college in Springfield, MO. After graduating he moved to Eastern Kentucky and bought a small 140 acre farm. He loved the peace and quiet of the farm life, but working outside in the building business and the cold weather were just not working well for him. With that in mind he moved to Orlando in 1980, earning his state certification as a building contractor in 1983 and state roofing contractor license in 1991. He moved to Groveland in 1993 after building a spec home on 5 acres. Raven said, “Before I had completed the home I knew Lake County was the place for me. I love the peace, quiet and freedom of country living while still being close to town.”
He is a past master of the Groveland Masonic Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons and when he is not at work he spends his free time taking his beautiful wife out on their Harley’s and working out at Gold’s gym in Clermont. Having been involved in building of homes and light commercial projects throughout the state of Florida gives Raven a keen insight on the real estate market. He is ready to help both buyers and sellers in their real estate ventures.
Cynthia Drobot

Cynthia Drobot moved to Clermont, Florida from Western Michigan in 2007 with her husband, Norb.
She grew up in the Metro Detroit area. She has also lived in Green River Wyoming, and a number of cities within the state of Michigan. Having personally relocated a number of times, she understands the difficulties of relocation.
Cynthia was a successful real estate agent for 14 years in the State of Michigan. She listed and sold homes in Oakland, Livingston, and Wayne Counties in Michigan. Her reason for getting into real estate sales was to provide excellent customer service and help make selling or buying your most expensive asset a pleasant experience. She has earned President Council of Excellence Awards for providing excellent service, while working in Michigan Real Estate.
Cynthia has earned the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) AND Certified Senior Specialist (CSS). She is a full time professional Realtor.
Cynthia’s other interests include gardening. She was Master Gardener in the State of Michigan. She has been a Beta Sigma Phi for over twenty five years. In her spare time she enjoys travel, quilting, dominos, and Bunco. She always treasures her time with her husband, sons, daughter in laws, grandchildren and friends.
